Management Approach

Due to its hierarchical structure, construction projects are mainly managed with chain of command approach. Since this approach limits the communication between the project participants, each participant focuses only on his own task and neglects the total success of the project.
As Elit Dizayn to overcome this negation we have adopted an integrated management approach. In this sense; we eliminate the communication gap by bringing together all interactive project participants in each process and produce effective solutions against the problems.
This approach ensures project success being a common goal among all participants by decreasing the coordination burden of the customer and increasing the competency and responsibility of other project participants.
